It was by sheer providence that Grassmats came across our sight. We had been looking for artificial grass cover for our lawn as natural grass was very troublesome to maintain. Moreover, we did not have the time to tend to it on a regular basis. What we wanted was fake grass which required little care and remained green and fresh looking all year round. Moreover, there was no fear of our pets digging because artificial grass sold by Grassmats was of prime quality and was immune against tear and wear to a huge extent.

How We Found Grassmats?

The company has a good network of popular landscape artists based in UK and one of those happened to be a family friend. She suggested the name because she believed in the quality of products sold by the Grassmats. She had good experience working with the company in several projects where she used artificial grass around pools, patios and hallways. So we decided to go ahead and find for ourselves if the stories about Grassmats were true.

Why We liked Artificial Grass by Grassmats?

We were particularly pleased with the installation services provided by them. It did not take much time and since we had a levelled lawn there was no need for sand filling.

We had in mind the type of fake grass turfs which could withstand physical strain of our kids walking, cycling and playing on it. Occasional get-together parties and our pets were factors which had to be accounted for.

We went for the 4 metre wide version which had 30 mm tall fake blades of grass. The product was ideal for us since it could withstand kids, pets and everything that was thrown at it! The product was UV stabilized which meant fading of colour was not an issue. I must mention, the look and feel of artificial grass will fool anyone.

The icing on the cake was the 4 years manufacturer’s warranty! One thing which requires special mention is the multi-toned appearance which is as close as fake grass can get to real grass. Grassmats’ products were worth my money and I would recommend their services to you. Synthetic Grass prices were affordable, the 4 metre version is priced a little over £ 20 inclusive of VAT.
